Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timelines

• Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

• We currently do not offer international shipping (coming soon).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.

• Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99 on orders below ₹1,999.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

• You can track your order status anytime through the link provided.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we partner with reliable courier services, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or festivals.

• Each saree is carefully checked and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

• We use eco-friendly and protective packaging for safe transit.
